Living Shore Spa Policies
At Living Shore Spa your health and wellness journey is always our priority.
We are adjusting our menu and have enhanced our already excellent disinfection practices to meet the needs of the changed environment in regards to disease-control.
All spa services will be reserved (booked) by phone to alleviate congestion in the spa. Our direct line is 705-446-3262
Aquapath services are for adults aged 18 and over OR children 16-17 when accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Spa services are available to guests aged 14 and over.
Manicure or Pedicure are available to guest 8 and older.
CANCELLATION AND LATE ARRIVAL POLICIES
We have reserved time for you just for you and we cannot wait to welcome you to Living Shore Spa!
In order to provide you and others excellent customer service we reserve spa time just for you. Please note that by booking an appointment, you are accepting the conditions of our cancellation policy. Last minute cancellations and “No-shows” leave our therapists with empty appointment times, and for this reason guests that do not honour their appointments will be charged cancellation fees.
For individual appointments, we respectfully request 48 hours in advance of your spa check in time. For group appointments, we respectfully request 5 days in advance of your spa check in time.
We charge 100% of the services booked for late cancellations.
Credit Card Hold:
We require a valid credit card for all appointments reserved at the spa.
We understand that some things outside of your control occur that can make you late for your appointment. We will always do our very best to accommodate you. However we may need to offer you a shorter/modified service in order to accommodate all our guests with the full Living Shore Spa experience. Unfortunately, arriving too late to perform a service will result in a cancellation. The full amount of the service will still be charged at check out.
Your check in time is a minimum of 15 minutes before your appointment. We want to welcome you into a relaxing environment, setting aside time to fill out health history forms and change before your service begins.
