Ontario’s Only Hydrotherapy System

Living Shore Spa Presents Aquapath

Hydrotherapy has been traditionally defined as a natural remedy that involves the use of water pressure and temperature for therapeutic purposes to stimulate circulation and assist the body in its natural healing process. Hydrotherapy is instrumental in stimulating the immune system, assisting in detoxification and promoting overall well-being.

Enjoy multiple body jets and a large rain-head shower assisting in detoxification and promoting overall well-being.

Relax in a steam sauna with eucalyptus oil infused into the air.

Rejuvenate in a large mineral tub with a jumbo rain shower head on one side. This bath is designed to replenish minerals into the body; you can choose to either relax on a bench (like in a hot tub) or stand under the refreshing rain.

Sit in a large detoxifying mineral hot tub with a series of jets that move from lower to mid back. This tub is designed to start the detoxifying process by pulling toxins from the skin as you move around the bench and hit the jets at different heights.

Reinvigorate as a waterfall of ice cold water, designed to promote circulation, falls right over your head.

Sit in a tub filled with a mix of sea salt and essential oils that is used to exfoliate the body, leaving the skin silky smooth.

Rest on four separate benches as waterfalls rain over you in different patterns to hit different pressure points on the head and shoulders.

Walk through two separate trenches (one warm and one cool) that have pebbles on the bottom. Jets progressively get higher up the leg as you walk through. You walk through each trench two times.

Finish your session by rinsing off and returning to the waiting room.
